Friend of mine has a little bloke, 2.5 year old, around 15kg.

Anyone have any jackets that are now outgrown?

Try e-bay mate, I just got a hutchwilco for my 1 y.o. daughter for $20.
($100 at large boating,camping,fishing chain)

New life jackets are around $50 pdf 1 at karee marine.
