My Dad is a Vietnam vet that has had both legs amputated.
He's in his 70s now and can't handle a wheelchair any more.
He needs an electric scooter of some sort to make life a little easier.
Doesn't need to be too flash - I can do repairs, replace batteries etc.
If anyone has one going reasonaly priced please email me.

Thanks

Thanks very much to those that PM and emailed - there are some good bargains out there.
I spoke to the nursing home today and they have advised me that they do not allow mobility scooters for high care patients - which Dad is classed as.
After some negotiation and convincing, mainly by my sisters, they have agreed to allow him to have an electric wheel chair.
So... my apologies, I should have checked first but never considered it would be a problem.
We are NOW looking for an electric wheelchair.
I have my eye on a few on Ebay.
Thank you very much to those that offered help and scooters for sale - I really appreciate your help.
Cheers for now.
