Hey all, Just looking for a smaller bit of flat clear perspex or similar to attach to my mini console (which is a plywood battery box) to add a little extra spray protection to my GPS/Sounder and radio that is sitting on top of the box.
Size needed is roughly 30cm x 20cm (300mm x 200mm).
Anyone have any scrap pieces lying around... or alternatively, anyone know any suppliers that sell offcuts or smaller pieces?

Hey Bait,
I've got a tinted piece 30x30 which was the door to a radio box if you want it. It's not too bad but is a little scratched with some holes from hinges and stuff.
I'm on the Gold Coast and you'd need to pick it up.
To replace the same piece with a new piece was only $20 at Marlin Plastics at Labrador.
Let me know.

Darren,
Thanks for the reply mate. Yeah wasn't sure of price and if only $20, prolly same cost as fuel to come down to gold coast :) I'll check the local plastics mobs to see if they will sell me a piece that small!
Thanks for the info.

PM me the thickness you want and your mobile number, you can grab it from me at south brisbane at work, or at home in brighton for nics.
I have 2, 3, 4.5, 8 and 10mm
Cheers,

Thanks Shane. I did pick up a 10mm offcut at a local joint today for next to nothing ($5) but I'll keep ya in mind for any future perspex needs, or when I crack this one machining it to size LOL
