Steering wheel

Is there a trick to changing a steering wheel or just undo change any up on this would be great.cheers

2 person job unless you have 4 arms :)

loosen the nut on the center of the wheel until the nut is undone to level with the end of the steering box shaft.

1 person to put heaps of pressure pulling as if trying to remove it.

second person to get a 2lb hamer and hit the nut so as to try and hit the nut in the oposite direction to pulling the wheel.. rather firmly...this will usually do the job :)

the easiest way i found was to spray them with some kind of penitrating lube.
then with your both hands clenched bash from side to side and top to bottom some some deal of force with them soft meaty part of your hand until it comes loose. if you get what i mean. this method has dislaodged some real nasty car steering wheels in its time without the use of pullers or hammers.
