Lowrance X52

Hi all,

I have a Lowrance X52 Depth Sounder, and was wondering if anyone knew whether you can buy the transducer seperately without having to replace everything, as my transducer is slighty scratched after working the shallows setting crabs pots etc.

If this is possible, I guess would would go back to see the dealer where you bought the unit from.


The unit works fine, i am just a fussy bugger, who's boat is his pride and joy.

Sure can, either goto your original dealer, or go through lowrance direct.
I have also found them on ebay recently, could be worth a try (the last one cost me around $180 to buy local, and saw it on ebay for about $100Au)

You can buy replacement transducers, the model number should be on a bit of a tag, near the plug.

Seriously, a scratched surface really wouldn't affect the tansducer... IMO, put the $100 or so somewhere else
