Hi Team,

How would a 2.5m long Navman VHF arial compare to the 2.5m Pacific 'Pro' VHF Aerial in performance?

Can the Navman arial be used for the ICOM transciever?

All VHF aerial's are generally as good as each other and don't forget the higher aerial the further the range. That's why yachts have them at the top of their masts

I would have to agree with Taroona, the higher above the water line the better the transmission distance
