Bias Boating - Townsville

I bought a GME CD Player from the Townsville Bias store early last year. For one reason or another it died a couple of weeks ago and for the life of me I couldn't find the receipt, doh! Anyway, gave them a call and they said no problems, drop it in we will take care of it. I got a call from them today and they had a replacement ready for me to pick up.

Good on them for the great customer service. I go to the BIAS store at slack's creek here in Brissie and the staff are friendly, knowledgable and only happy to help.

I agree. Bought most of my stuff for this boat and the previous boat from them and they have always been happy to help.
