Has anyone filled out one of those self assessment forms for a boat trailer. Just a little confused as to one of the measurements. I have placed a link tothe PDF of the form

Anyone know what part of the trailer you make he measurement P from? I know it is measured to the axle but where would you start from.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

When I did mine I made P where the single drawbar length ended and the rest of the trailer started or came from it, don't forget to at least have this measurement on a piece of paper in your wallet....you know how this mob are (rolls eyes).
