Haines Signature 542 Center Concull

finding_time recommened this boat but unfortunately there is none up here to go for a ride.
The Dealer in Townsville is trying to organise a ride in the half cab version with the same hull.
Would i be able to form a opinion if i went for a ride in the half cab.
The dealer also offered to get the center concull up here and if i did not like the ride i did not have to take it.
Under these circumstances would they hit me for a deposit.

I guess what it comes down to is, if you want a Centre Console, then you should go for a test ride in one, there is a lot of Boats that share a similar hull but different Deck and so on, and they are all different in ride, simply because you are sitting/standing in a different position, not too sure if they would charge a deposit, but if they want a sale, then they need to do what they can to get you to buy off them.

For what its worth, I work with a guy who owns one in a CC and he's looking at cabin boats at the moment. His big problem is near every boat he's ridden in cant match the ride of his haines.
