Anyone see the revised speed limits for the Broadwater? I had sent in a response to their proposals and got an e-mail updating me this morning. Link:

Not too sure how the hell they're going to police the "6 knots within 30m of another vessel underway" business for the bigger boats, but by and large I don't reckon it's too bad.
