That fish has a better delivery rating than some of the mailmen in Chicago. At least that letter arrived. A while back some mail carriers were busted for BURNING MAIL. They goofed off and fell behind their delivery schedule and were afraid they'd get caught so they decided to break out the kerosene and matches.

Lazy, corrupt and stupid.....it's a winning combination!

Yeah, I'd take that fish over those knuckleheads any day.
