Looks like the receivers found a buyer..South African based. great news for the staff, sub contractors and suppliers. Way too many people get burnt when these companies fold and, hopefully, in this cae, no one has.

It was always said that they would essentially "re-finance" as it was NAB that said "no, youre not taking our securites (moulds) out of Australia"

Well it looks like they have still done what they wanted in the first place ... moving to Asia, but are now Asian owned.

Sad to see an Australian company have to go this way, but good luck to them in the future.
