help needed with seat

I am currently considering doing some mods to my boat.I have an old 445f haines with the centre console that incorperates a seat on top of a useless kill tank (too small for NQ fish) with a rold holder at the rear.The rod storage is a pain and gets in the way.I am thinking of cutting the console and removing the seat part and putting in a nice comfy chair.I was also pondering whether I could get one that converts to a game chair with a removable foot rest . HAs anyone have some useful ideas and what is the best seat to buy,best pedeastel system .Money is not the major consideration but a factor.
