i posted 3 wks back that my new refurbished sounder had broken and i had to send it to the states as raymarine aussi dont handle refurbished units . sent it to them then found i had a faulty battery [sounder wouldnt work but everything else did] ok they checked it couldnt find a fault so they cleaned it, replaced to be safe couple parts added a safty part and i got it back today took 3-4 wks [over xmas ]looks like raymarine is a top outfit . so i guess this proves the doomsayers about buying units from the states out of order . i saved 30-45 % on new here check with fishon marine way to go

Was on the phone some time with Ray tech staff today and he was more then helpfull and didn't rush me off the phone like most companies. I also was impressed.

Yep Raymarine have been MORE than helpful in the past...best service I have had from any marine electronics supplier by far....
