Big block Chevy might not be that bad compared to what they normally put in them a 6 cylinder Lycoming that burns 1 litre a minute.

I guess your running a step down gearbox there herdsman otherwise at 2700 Rpm that fan be hitting the speed of sound and your going to hear some noise then. But not for long cause the blade tips will fly off if there cracking the sound barrier for to long.

But what a weapon I'm jealous.

Pro wormer used to have one down at White island ramp years ago . He was not popular used to sandblast your car 50 feet away. You had to turn your back to him or you would get eyes full of sand and gravel. I classify them in the same category as ski lice.
Bloke had one for sale at Viccy point boaties market a year or so ago nearly caused a riot when he fired it up and blew away a heap of stalls.
