Hi Team.

I have two batteries - not hoooked up together - but seaprate.

One is crank and the other is for ancilaries..

How do I disconenct the + from each battery after a long day's fishing when rested up at home?

I hate havign to climb in the boat all the time - sucks!

Is there some sort of isolation switch i can use so that battery does not drain while not in use?

I would be looking at what is discharging the batteries!

I agree with Simmo.
If they're going flat overnight then I'd be sussing out why the hell is this happening.
They should last at least a few weeks without going flat. Just like your car.

Fit two isolation switches. One for each battery if you want to keep them both as separate identities.
Something like this are easy to fit (http://www.whitworths.com.au/main_itemdetail.asp?item=84437&search123=battery+switch&intAbsolutePage=6)
