bow rail altering..welder recommeded?

hey guys i have to mount my bow mount soon and i need some welding done on my alloy boat.its fairly easy work..

i just need one of my bow rails cut about 300mm shorter than wear it is atm because i cant get my bow mount anywear clse to the side to drop it over the edge.

can anyone recomment any one or is there anyone on here handy at welding alloy?
