Can't find something....

G'day fellas,

Around May this year a guy put up a post about building a different shape alloy hull. The progress pics showed a double chine hull with a few differences. I have driven myself mad trying to locate this thread to see if there is any results from a water test on this radical design.

Does anyone else remember the thread?

Was it done in plate alloy??

yeah, it was a plate from WA

Yeah it was a platey, The guy went into a big speil about contracting a marine engineer in Sydney to design the hull and so forth. I've got a feeling it was a Nth Qld build rather than a WA job, I could well be wrong tho.

The boat was about 4.5 to 5m i think.
