Hi uripper,

I just traded my 2006 Mercury 75 Two Stroke with forward controls in on a 60 Four Stroke. The motor is located at J&B Marine in Ingham has only done 70 hours and is in excellent condition with a little paint missing off the bottom of the skeg. Motor has been fully serviced and has had an impellor change. Don't know if you would be interested in it but if you are they can be contacted on (07) 4776 1188. If you are interested ring after the 2nd of Jan and ask to speak to Jonno the owner and tell him you heard the motor was for sale through me, Rob Dickson, and he will look after you.

No worries uripper, just keep in mind that the 75 Mercs are a detuned 90 and the only difference is in the carbs. I have read a few posts on other forums where the only noticeable difference was in the terminal speeds and this was only around an extra 3MPH.

i have an 89 suzuki 75hp with controls if thats any good. brand new prop hub, fuel pump & power tilt. had the carbs stripped an cleaned, serviced etc..
i took it off and got a yam 90hp but shouldnt have bothered as saw not much diff in speed. its now under my house. keep meaning to advertise it in trading post.
