G'day Ausfishers. Thought I'd Try And Post A Few Pix Of The Formosa
During Production. I've Talked About It In Other Threads But I Haven't Seen Anyone Else's Formosa Being Built. She's Got A Couple Of Weeks To Go Before Coming To Mackay For Final Fitout And Motor Mounting.
God, And The Weather God's Willing, We Will Be On The Water By Mid November.
Cheers, Geoff

Hi Kagey,

Do you go to the factory to take those photo's or are the blokes there kind enough to send them to you. I am 4 weeks into a 6 week wait for my new boat and haven't had any info from dealer or builder apart from when I ring to make a change to what I want, which I haven't done for 3 weeks. I am waiting for a brooker 5m CC as I couldn't afford the formosa. Had a long Hard look at the 4.6 tiller steer though.

Wouldn't it be good if All dealers and builders kept us up to date with our boats progress, I know it would be a pain in the arse for them But the wait is killing me.

Good luck with the Formosa It is certainly a solid and chunky boat.

Nathan.

G'day Nathan. No I Didn't Go To The Factory. Spoke To Duncan Down There And Asked Him To Send Me Some Pix As It Was Being Built. He Was More Than Happy To Oblige. He Has Had Trouble In The Factory, With One Of His Painters Getting Hurt And His Wife Just Having A 5 Week Premi Baby And Still Managed To Get Me Some Photos. Love His Work!
Good Luck With The Brooker. I Know A Couple Of Blokes With Them And They Couldn't Be Happier.
Cheers, Geoff

G'day Stuie. No Not Yet. I Spose It Was Wishful Thinking On My Part. But, I Did Add A Nice Stereo And New Vhf , Which Took The Boys A Bit Longer To Fit. I Sat In It Today Before It Went For The Motor. Fingers Crossed, This Weekend Up At Seaforth. Pm Me If You Want A Closer Look At Some Stage. How's Yours Progressing, By The Way? Cheers, Geoff
