all round white, always on when dark, even when underway
std port and startboard nav lights when underway or drifting
White should be unobstructed, so should be on a pole that reaches above bimini

boats under 12m have the option of using an allround (360 deg) white light instead of a masthead (225 deg) and sternlight (135 deg).
the outboard motor makes it difficult to mount an unobstructed sternlight, so the allround light is used, it is then used as the anchor light when anchored.
the allround white light should be positioned as near as practicable to the centreline.
sidelights and allround light should be displayed between the hours of sunset and sunrise, and during times of reduced visibility, and when the boat is underway.
the anchor light (allround light) is displayed when at anchor, which means the allround light is on all the time at night, whether you're stopped, anchored, drifting or moving.
It's all here mate.

Good luck,

Thanks Guys,
The Reason I Ask This Question Is Because The Allround Light Lights Up The Front Of The Boat Which Makes It Hard For The Old Peepers To Adjust, I Was Trying To Work Out If I Can Legaly Use A Stern Light Under Way And A Allround When Anchoured.
