hi all chasing some new led trailer lights, they must be waterproof. anyone tried a set they can recommend?

mate i got a pair of brake/park indicator lights from a guy off ebay, they are resin filled and i,m told totally waterproof, but since i put them on i have not had the chance to use them, he is in rochdale ill try and find a number and get back to you cheers ian

No, but one thing to watch out for. I bought a set and only realised after that they have no provision for a number plate light. Now I think I'm going to have to buy a seperate one (about another $30 for waterproof LED:(

i have used the Hella lights, great light and never had water in them, from memory i paid $90 each

I use these on my trailer & they work a treat.. got them off ebay for $55 to the door..

You get what you pay for in LEDs . Have tried a set of the cheaper catalog ones and after 6 mths they were very brittle. Pricey sets tend to have a lot mome lights in them but if budget is the overiding factor stick to a good globe set. Hella baby.

hi mate my $270 led lights i put on my trailer both filled up full of sea water on the first trip maybe i took the word subersible too far? i dont want to say the brand as they replaced them anyway cheers cr

unlike yours captain rednut, $270 but then you like to have the best dont ya, how come the good stuff always breaks? I think its boats, everything seems to break at some stage. like my rod holder last trip, and my deckwash, and my seat, and my.........

You can spend $200-300 but if you just some off ebay for $50 most will outlast the trailer & they do come with a 3 year warrenty..
