Good stuff. Thats a good price for the Etec.

I got annoyed with the Stabi price rise and ended up buying a second hand 509 with 75 etec. Would be interested in comparing what sort of figures you get with the 90.

Cheers

Best price I got for the 509 WXR (bare hull only with no add ons) was 20,500 pre-price rise, so add 7.5% on top of that. I called around a couple of dealers (there is only a few of them) and some were absolute jokers, very reluctant to give any firm prices over the phone, quoting stupid prices out of thin air, and generally not interested in selling me a boat >:( . Worst part was when I asked them to break down the price, and it wouldn't add up anywhere near the package price they originally quoted me ::)

I'm in the UK, coming back in Dec, wanting to buy a boat now with cash at the ready, how hard is it for those dealers to understand that ? ::)

Nope, wide body. I found it second hand on another forum. Probably the first second hand wide body to be sold in Australia. Saved about 10k from new although the prices you got were great :o

I was offered a water test but hard to do when I'm not in the country. You're right, its a risk and a leap of faith, but that is probably why I chose the Stabi based on its reputation, reviews I've read, and seeing a few in the flesh but not in the water.
