How heavy

Does any one have any idea what the wieght of a cruise craft seametre with a stern drive would be? The trailer it is on only has cable breaks. A dealer advised me that the total rig would be way over 2000 kg making the current trailer illegal.:'(

I would be carefull here.. "Hull Onlyt" means just that:o I put my new rig over a weigh bridge with what I thought would be max weight..Ie full of fuel a modest amount of gear and 1/2 kill tank full of water :( it went 2700kgs.. my trailer is good for 2800kgs so I have a small margin but it dont take much to go over 2000kg.. my trailer went 700kg on its own.
