Aground on Straddy

had these pics sent to me of a yacht aground on Flinders Beach, Nth Straddy :o It's not going to be easy to refloat :(

poor bugger I hope it's a centreboard not a keel boat the keel would be a long way in the sand. I wonder if he said oops

there's about 1.5m of keel buried in the sand, they've had an excavator in to dig around. think they are looking to get it off when there is a big enough tide.

She looks way too big to not have a keel, a C/B just wouldn't cut it I am afraid.

The stress that will be transferred through the hull... OMG!!

That would be a mission to get back to sea,would probably be easier to pick it up with a franna and walk it around to letherlands than drop it back in the water.
