Surf fishing Mooloolaba ?????

Anyone for surf fishing at Mooloolaba ? ;D

This shot was taken directly in front of the Mooloolaba surf club on friday evening as the low came up the coast.

For people who don't know the location it is a shelterd bay usually used for familys and kids swimming.

I have lived here for 8 years and have never seen surf like this at this beach :o :o :o


This is looking towards Point Cartright and the mouth of the Mooloola river

Wow, great waves aswell, wouldn't mind a surf there.

Great shots, What gear did you use to get those waves in the first shot. Was it timing or something else you did to get that clarity for the wave out back.
