I could have put my holiday wages on it!!! I've just spent the last two weeks busting my arse moving house and all the crazy shenanigans that go along with that. Now the last week of my holidays, the week I had planned to catch up up on some fishing, its forecast to rain and blow the dogs off a leash.

:-X

Always the way. Same with me and my work. When i have slack time the forecast is crap and when I have a weekend free it does the same.

It's probably going to improve the fishing and maybe even start to fill up the dams, how annoying ::)

Thats why we have wet weather gear;D A bit of rain wont stop reel fisherman.
Always a creek or protected waterway somewhere.

Haggis as I understand it Murphy was a test pilot in the early days for american air force, his famous saying if something can go wrong it will at the worst possible time.

Just had a peek at the forecast, rain easing showers till the end of the week and 20-30 kt SE winds till the weekend. I shouldn't complain, we BADLY need this rain. I'd been thinking about catching a nice snap while lifting furniture and cleaning tobacco stained walls ( the flatmates smoked, not me) and throwing out their 4 cubic mtrs plus worth of rubbish.:-X

So yeah catfishkid, I'll have to change my gameplan, I might even go a landbased mission somewhere, thats something I havent done for a while.

Poodroo, the last time it rained like this, I was camping at Wivenhoe... ;D

Hamish, this should fire up the fish all right, by the time the full moon rolls around next week, the run off from this should mean the water will be FILTHY!

Spiro, shocking conditions!, If you ever need someone to help you in weather like that, just call me.:P
