Just read it as the time and date it states, these are the peak bite periods for the month,Do I use them - no, however I believe that they do have merit coinciding with moon and tides.

Then it depends on how the weather turns out to a certain degree also one would suspect.

click on moon info on left hand side of this page and it links to a table of moonrise and moon set times. Its very interesting to read some of the scientific reports that have been carried out by the boffins when reading info on Web on the subject
One guy took some oysters from one part of the country and moved them to another part of the country and placed them in a dark room and for the first 3 days they opened up at the same time as the others where thet came from. After about 3 days they started to open up when the moon rose and the moon set.
.And I thought I just ate cause I was hungry or bored;D
