Removable windscreen on SportsmanCraft

Hi folks
Been a while since I been on Ausfish, so HI to you all again.

Just bought a 17ft Sportsman Craft Half Cab and will be getting it resprayed soon.
Unfortunately, to fit it in my garage the windscreen has to be removed.

Need some advice to see if anyone has fitted removable windscreens to their boat. We are thinking of having locking latches of some sort and a water barrier similar to a weather strip or some sort of rubber strip where it sits on the boat.

Any advice would help, I'm clueless with these things and don't know where to start.

Leece, I recon ya can do it but it's not going to perform like a windscreen should. ie it will leak, and it wont be rigid.

you are basically going to pick an edge which you can hinge off then add some decent latches or even a few bolts to secure it when upright.. far from how a screen is normally installed :P
