Where should i go fishing?

Hi All im new here but i love my fishing.
I have a day off so im going fishing. I live at gatton QLD, and was asking where would be a good spot for a fish. if you could list where and what fish are there also some tips on fishing at the spot would be great. all comments are much appricated

Gatton's about an hour from Brisbane, I llived there most of my life until about 3 years ago. Now I'm in Toowoomba. You could try Somerset or Wivenhoe or even Cressbrook. They're all fairly close.
