deep water bend ramp closed

just to let all you guys know is that tha boat ramp at deepwaterbend is closed till the 17 of august due to major ramp up grades use dolhes rocks ramp or learmouth st ramp or petrie ramp or the dirt one up bald hills road cheers james

6 weeks though, last time we built a ramp it took us 4 days from start to finish! Must be on hourly rate eh?

Yeah, with that length of time quoted, here's hoping it's due to another pontoon and more parking spaces, to facilitate the wider ramp.

Is the dirt ramp on bald hills Rd still accessable?
I remember taking a small tinny down there about 5yrs ago and i thought they closed it off
Would it be good enough to get a 17ft half cabing in

Yes, it's more accessible than it once was but is not secure with a homeless kids hostel now down the road.
