Depends what you mean by low profile Splash. I looked for a while and found one with outside dimensioins 90 cm long x 43 cm wide x 43 cm high. Capacity is 70 litres.

It was the best I could find for what I wanted for the tinnie. Something fairly long to take a fair sized fish, but not too big in either other dimension to limit the space it takes in the boat.

It is from Technie Ice in Melbourne. Excellent product. Phone number is 1800 655 540. Web site is http://www.techniice.com/
I emailed them and they quoted me $159. They also sell on eBay as Unbelievably Cool. I got one on eBay for $138. Postage was $28, but it came with 6 Technie Ice sheets which are a wonderful invention.

I don't think the 70 litre model is on their web site for some reason. I found it on eBay.
If you are on line, this one is ending on eBay in 30 mins with a current bid of $72.66. You might get one on the cheap if you are lucky.

COngrats! Capacity?

BTW - how would stainless steel sheeting (2mm) go as an ice box ?

I happen to have a spare rectangular box I made up last year out of SS (about 850mm long by around 250mm wide by around 200mm high..

I made this so it woudl fit nicely underneath my rear bench seat on the boat.

Thoughts?

I have a Big Chilli, 110 litres cost $152.00 picked it up from Nerang.

I went to Hervey bay for 2 weeks. Ice lasted 10 days easy. Its a good ice box, you wont be disappointed.

His 100 litres are actually 110 litres mate. He has same litre sizes in diffent dimension. example, 70 litre one maybe higher but shorter than another configuration 70 litre if you get my drift. Ring him and ask what he has in stock to bid on.
