Looking for a winch for the tinny, 3:1 ratio, cable needs to be only 14-15' long, to suit a 12' tinny.

After something in good working order, doesn't need to be pretty.

I have a 5:1 which is almost brand new. It currently has a webbing strap that requires some stitching at the hook end but I also have the cable to suit if required. I am chasing $25 for it and due to its weight you would need to pick it up. I am located on the northside of Brisbane (Wilston)
