OUCH!!!!!
That would make you wince.
Any idea on what bought the crane down? The verticle strain cables look like they have snapped.

Looking at the 4rth pic, there is no lifting gear through that shackle.

My guess would be that the sling (cable) between the main hook block and the spreader beam at the stern failed.

My rambling thoughts.....
Slings are still intact underneath the boat - so they did not fail
Impact damage to right rear quarter only
the backstay cables of the crane are all still there(they tend to fly all over the places if they snap)
she came down and took most of the energy on her right rear quarter / with a boom collapse she will have more damage along the length of her hull
boom collapsed and caused quite some damage to the top decking

My guess,
Busy offloading, miss calculated her weight,
the cable between the hook block and the rear spreader bar failed catastrophically.
The load swinged violently and the boat crashed stern first into the concrete, but with her bow still in the air. By this stage the load was way off center and swinging all over the place still connected via the bow lifting gear to the crane.
the boom was side loaded which lead to the crane boom collapsing onto the boat causing some more damage......

Just my guess

You know some of them scratches will buff right out.

It all looks pretty good on the left side. Obviously it wasn't up to the task of the 100ft drop test. Back to the drawing board.
