I have seen a few posts now where people have asked or dont know how to resize pictures so i will provide a quick and simple method anyone using windows can use (no need for any downloads or extra programs)

Locate the file containing your picture
open the folder
double click on the pic (this should open the pic in the fax viewer)
hit ctrl E (this will open the pic for editing)
hit ctrl W (this will allow for resizing
change the percentage values (i change to 30%-30%
click ok
then save the file under a new file nameif the pic doesnt open with the fax viewer but opens with another program
right click the pic
select "opens with"
click the "always opens with" box
select "windows picture and fax viewer"
click okonce this is complete continue with the first steps

Alternativey, there is a simpler four stage process... ;D

1. Buy an Apple Macintosh
2. Download a program called Skitch http://plasq.com/skitch
3. Drag the picture into Skitch
4. Click on a corner of the Skitched picture and move the corner in or out to get the picture size that you want.
