Hay, have you priced hay lately...a bay in the shed of the bloody stuff would be worth more then the boat in the other bay. :P

I am lucky the roller door on my shed goes high enough to not have to put the aerial down, its tops. nice dry boat in winter out of the warm shed on those early morning snapper runs:)
