Hey all, Just trying to make up a cd for when i take my dad out fishing. But not sure what to get.So just asking what are some good artists or bands from the 70's and 80's.Im not that old, so not familiar with his era.He likes music like john farnham, roy orboson, eagles. There the ones i know. cheers

My 13 yr old is into the 60's, 70's, and 80's and has a huge collection including even 50's stuff............Bobby Darren and the like and Gawd help me! he's even got Frank Ifiield ;D

He's also got everything Billy Joel has done and has got some of everything that has been mentioned so far. You dad'll probably like Cat Stevens as well.
