View Full Version : Grilled Flathead with Mango Salsa

Salsa
120g red salad onion
2 med fresh mangos
2tablespoons chopped chives
30ml malt vinegar
90mo olive oil

Finely dice peeled onion. Cut mango flesh off seed, peel skin off and dice into small pieces. Put in a bowl and add other ingredients and mix well. Season.

Serve with freshly grilled flathead fillets.

make sure its fresh mango not canned ones, canned ones are tastless and bland, other than that i thought it was great, worthy of your next flathead
