Imported bait.

I know that there is a potential problem using imported frozen raw prawns as bait.
Is there a problem using cooked prawns as bait?
Also how about fish, squid and occy?

Yeah prawns are real dodgey and i wouldn't take the risk of using cooked prawns, just to much at stake.

A couple of years back when there was a shortage of pillies some tackle shops were selling pillies from California or somewhere like that. Don't remember there being a fuss over them.

Viruses are common in imported uncooked baits, whether they be prawns or pillies.
