wanted drag bait net

Looking for a drag bait net if anyone has they dont need. I am located in byron .

Jewie - these things sure do come in handy. I managed to pick one up at a garage sale up here in central QLD for $10.

As far as I knew they were outlawed in NSW? I guess it would be ok to own one down there if you only used it in QLD, uness it is also ilegal to have one in your posession??

Yeah mate they are illegal here in nsw. I go up north near agnes camping every year and want it to get my live bait, no tackle or bait shop where i go mate.

Yep - I know what you mean about the bait. We have been heading to 1770 over about 15 years, starting when we lived in Murwillumbah NSW. We used to bring our net up also.

I find that the cast net works pretty well around Agnes also. Works a dream at Eurimbula.

I am sure the cast net works a treat but not when i am on the other end of it, hence the drag net!

way better than a cast net except when u get lots of bait it takes u like 20 minutes to get it all out....
Just go to a tackle shop on the way up to agnes and pik one up if u want it sooo bad...
