Daiwa Team Advantage

HI all,

just picked up a daiwa team advantage this arvo. WHen i got home i only noticed that the spool on the reel shifts from side to side. Is this normal as this does not occur on my Millionaire.

The spool is able to slide from left to right slightly and this is the first time i noticed it. Is it part of the design or is a fault with the reel. Please can anyone help me with this so i can get it changed right away if it is a problem.

Mate sounds to me like the cast control cap has been backed right off,probably by the salesperson trying to impress people with a spool that spins forever,nip it up so the play is nearly gone,then spool it up and adjust it properly to the cast weight.
