Heres a few photos of some Reds and fingermark me and a few mates caught down off the Whitsundays a few weeks ago , the biggest Red went 15.5kg and the smallest went 10kg , the fingermark im holding went 10 kilo , slow night overall but when the tide changed so did our luck all these fish were caught in the space of an hour . If you want to see the 15.5kg red it will soon be mounted on the wall of Muddy's in Cardwell along with a 37 kg GT Carl also caught

Rods with 50lb braid and the bait was live squid , and they certainly pulled hard it must of been 30 plus degrees that night , the sweat was pooring out of us and after the first fish you were just about gone ,

Hey Benny
I'm very concered about your health.
My concern is that in a month you have caught more quality fish than most catch in a life time!
So it's at this point i will offer my services as your personal trainer to make sure you don't burn out! premature like.
These services are free of course but the odd gps mark here & their would help our relationship greatly.
This is an opportunity far to big to refuse just ask anybody no in fact don't ask anybody just trust me and we'll do just fine.

Once again mate awsome stuff!

There good reds mate. It's hard to have patience sometimes to stay in one spot when their not biting but looks like your plan paid off big time. Be good to see the wall mount of the big one after it's prep'd.

Regards,
Craig.

Accolade thanks for the offer mate but i think i'll survive , it has been a good few mths i only just worked out how to make my photos smaller so there is still plenty more to come ijust dont think it would be right to put the sailfish and blacks we caught at the end of last year , the massive spaniards in september , the Gt's that i haven't chased for a while because last time i broke 2 rods throwing big poppers under a full moon landed a couple of 20's though , I must say the best thing i did was move from brissie to the nth 2 years ago , Tight Lines

Hi BennyJ,

Nice fish....pity about the company you keep onboard. Tell that old bastard Carl Stokes, Trent said hello. Cardwell's beer sales have increased 400% since he moved there a couple of years ago and the Moss Street International's have dropped by the same amount.

Cheers

Trent

You know the man well Trent i thought he was going to have a little hearty while trying to pull that fish in , He had to buy his own bar to keep up supplies the cold room at the pub wasn't big enough .

Cheers
