found in the bottom of a box 2 pair of these 1x FRS-27 & 1x FRS-24
they are used to move reel position on rod to what suits on the day..

DR something that never really took off here, which surprises me as the ability to change balance points on a rod when changing reels seems to be an ideal setup for the light tackle spin guys.

They work great on my 2-4kg PC stealth spin rod when changing between 1000 stradic and 2500 certate.
