Mate think your self lucky, just went for a drive down to Hastings point to look at the sea and if they are out on a charter hope they have plenty of quells with them.
Just remember that as a grandparent your sole job in life now is to spoil the G'kids rotten before giving them back........... It's called "payback";D ;D ;D

I know the solution Pinhead. Ring me if you think you will be housebound. I'll keep your boat's batteries charged, and I'll take your boat out. Whatever fish I catch I'll split with you 50/50...... Deal?

Gee Greg. Your boat has ample space on it for a playpen. Just bring the kids along and all is good. :)

I would have sawpped working on Bretts car all day and watched the g/kids for him.
To change a timing chain guide on the foulcan off with everything you can think of then put it back together and then replace the head he just had checked. Blew a head gasket.
Phew bugger him a day fishing would have been the go. The deckie wanted a day on the water. Hum, next time, back to work in the morn.

He's a life member of the G.O.M. club.

Don't worry Greg, I've got something that will strengthen your resolve to be mean, yet at the same time give you that warm and fuzzy feeling...

The bottle of Green Ginger Wine you won from me in our bet. on the one dayers. lol!!!!!

Pin Head, it takes us 3 days to settle the kids down when Grandma & Grandpa have looked after them. We now think REALLY hard just how much do we want that day to ourselves!!

About 1/2 an hour before they pick up the kids, pump them full of jelly beans, choclate, red cordial & softdrink. By the time they get home the sugar will have kicked in and all hell will break loose!!
