Glastron GS249 Sportscruiser

Hey Guys,

Considering getting into the sportscruiser market. Does anyone (Pinhead in particular) have any observations on this boat, or fuel burn on a Volvo 5.0L?

I cannot help you on the Glastron boats...have not looked at them. I have 2 Volvo 4.3l in my boat..I find the volvos to be reliable and reasonably quiet. As for the fuel burn..I have never worked it out.

In summary..I am bugger all help.

Who sells them on the Coast now? I thought the crowd that had Seafarers in Labrador had them till they closed.

Lot of help aren't ya! Lol. Thanks for the reply anyway.

Pete, the boat is second hand (surprise surprise), and will be my own little baby for a while.

The price is right, and she's a 2001 still in remarkably good nic. She was privately imported by the current owner.

Coast did have them until doom day, Hayden Wyld has them now.

New store is open, and half finished! Come have a look, you will be pleasantly surprised. Joel may need your help with his plans to extend the fishing range!

I start my new job on Tuesday, and the new yard will open in a week or so's time. Low key to start with.

Leave it a couple of weeks, then come have a look. You will be impressed.
