just wondering how much i would be able to sell my mangrove jack for he is 30cm living in freshwater not saying that im selling it just want to no if i sell him how much i would be up for

Probablly $100-$200:-/ . Not to sure. Jacks are pretty expensive to buy. Just watch out when selling fish/pet shops fish, they are sharks out to make a buck. I know because i recently swapped some fish for a barra fingerling and i used to work in an aquarium store.

I sold "Jack" about 4 1/2 years ago for $180.00, similar sort of size maybe a touch bigger. Check in the trading post there's always a few for sale in there, that'll give you an idea.

Hell yes they do alright in freshwater.I saw snapperbugs and it was one impressive looking jack.I think he used to put some salt in the water but nothing like seawater.

I've seen a 10cm one for $125 about 1 month ago.
