I can email you an article by Jason Ehrlich on how to make your own livewell if you like... it's a bit long to post directly to the bulletin board

Minimum livewell specs for any ABT affiliated event is minimum of 60lt. If livewell is fitted above deck, must be insulated. Can be plumbed to supply outside water or airated, though plumbing is the best method. Flick a switch and it fills up and circulates fresh water as well. Can also fit a timer so pump isn't working all the time. The Flowrite systems are great but you do pay for them. Main thing is to keep the water fresh and airated, otherwise you'll find the fish you worked so hard to catch go belly up and not eligable for weigh in. CHeck out ABT's bream or Bass website for the full ruling on livewells or give Fishing Monthly a call.
Hope this helps.
