Pre-purchase Inspection

G'Day all, I'm sure I've seen the info before on this forum, but I cannot find it via the search function. I'm interested in another boat and looking for someone competent on the Gold Coast to do an inspection before I lay out the hard earned. Help!!

Hey Brumby,

Look for a guy called Andrew who's business name is Aquaholics Marine Services. He's on the coast, usually seen at Runaway Bay Marina.

I've used him a few times, and first met him when he was fitting my new motor when he worked for Nitro Marine many years ago. A very competent young guy full of knowledge. He found some issues with my boats I had overlooked.

Thanks Darren, that's exactly what I was after. I've heard a couple of horror stories about other people who have bought a pup despite a good report and am not keen to repeat their experience.
