After receiving marks from a friend, two mates and I headed out into the Bay to trawl for mackerel. Trawled for 30 minutes before hooking onto a small doggie. After 3 hours, ended up with 7 doggies (approximately 60cm each), 1 spottie (approximately 4 kgs) and a spaniard ( aprroximately 12 kgs).
This is the second spaniard I've seen caught in the bay in the last month.(previous spaniard was approximately 30 kg and has already been posted on this site).
