After reading all the posts on how to catch red claw, was wondering if anyone know of a great receipt for cooking them?

Boiled in salty water .... pretty good ... No ... darn good.
Split and cook on barby with crushed ginger and olive oil.

Must be more ideas hey guys.

Humanely kill them in the freezer first though.

Maybe we should organise a redclaw meet & greet followed by a cook-off. :D

We could see which baits work best and who's got yummy recipes. ;D
